EVERYBODY AT THE COOKING SCHOOL<\/h1>\n

Do you know when in a restaurant you just tasted something really good and the first thing you think is “If I only could make it at home..”?<\/em> At La Casa di Francesca that’s possible!<\/p>\n

In 2014 the “Trasimeno Cooking School” was inaugurated. It is an authentic laboratory<\/strong> to teach the techniques for the preparation of the dishes daily served at the restaurant. Affectionate customers, friends, tourists, kitchenlovers, everybody can deal with the preparation of planned menus<\/strong>, homemade pasta, traditional recipes or more refined dishes, always with the oversight of Francesca<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

The classes (minimum 4 people) take place in a wide and comfortable dedicated room<\/strong> where you will find all the equipment and receive an apron, a recipe and a certificate free of charge. According to the planned menu, the chef will teach you to cook traditional recipes<\/strong> that we will taste at the end of the lesson.<\/p>\n

We will create a tailor-made package<\/strong> according to your needs, with discounts for more than 4 people.
