A passion for cooking born since she was a child. Francesca was only 4 when she realized she wanted the rest of her life inside a restaurant’s kitchen. She cooked the homemade pasta every sunday together with Mom Vittoria.
Passion and enthusiasm have grown together with the desire to learn thesecrets of this incredibile craft and experience new techniques and dishes.
Finally, at the age of 24, the first opportunity came with the opening of the first restaurant. After 10 years she decided to take a little break but the lack of kitchen tran tran prevailed.
So she decided to create her new business where he alternates external “Chef at Home” services with cooking classes of all levels and types. Francesca Cooking School can be done on site or directly at your home.
La Casa di Francesca is a creative laboratory where you can learn to cook, experience and have fun by tasting only first quality and strictly regional products. Here Francesca organizes her Cooking Courses. Our classes can also be held at your residence.
Francesca also offer “Chef at home” service, coming to your home or other location you suggest to cook your favorite menu. We take care of everything, you just have to sit at the table and enjoy dinner with your guests!
