The strong point of La Casa di Francesca is the cure in the choice of raw materials for the realization of the menu dishes.

Chef Francesca scrupulously selects the meats, cold meats and cheeses of only local and national origin with which she prepares the recipes of the Umbrian and Tuscan tradition, but also a lot of delicacies, the result of personal reinterpretations and experimentations always in balance between typicality and refinement.

YOUR THEMED DINNERS

 

Homemade pasta, bread and delicious meat and fish dishes, as well as excellent desserts are prepared every day. It’s possible to taste many varieties of meat cooked with the old rotisserie technique including piglet, lamb, chicken, winged animals and game all from local farms.

The menu also includes dishes for people with allergies or food intolerances and celiacs (upon request).
The Restaurant organizes excellent themed dinners with mushrooms and truffle.

  • Carpaccio di salmone con ananas, pera e aceto balsamico di Modena “il tinello” Capesante, asparagi in salsa di agrumi
  • Terrina di anatra al pistacchio con mousse di sedano
  • Arvoltolo di grano saraceno con verdure e crema di parmigiano
  • Selezione di cinta senese con torta al testo

  • Risotto ai gamberi e zafferano su crema di asparagi
  • Tagliatelle con ragù di scampi e capesante
  • Pici al ragù bianco di chianina e pecorino romano
  • Tortelli ripieni di cinta senese su fonduta di pecorino e tartufo
  • Gnocchi di prugne con taleggio e speck
  • Malfatti di ricotta e spinaci in salsa di pomodoro e zenzero

  • Controfiletto con lardo di suino brado e crema di piselli
  • Faraona con pecorino di Pienza farcita con pancetta e funghi misti
  • Agnello allo scottadito con patate al rosmarino
  • Tagliata di diaframma e topinambur
  • Involtino di melanzane con coda di rospo ripiena di gamberi Pescato del giorno su guazzetto di fagiolina del Trasimeno
