The strong point of La Casa di Francesca is the cure in the choice of raw materials for the realization of the menu dishes.
Chef Francesca scrupulously selects the meats, cold meats and cheeses of only local and national origin with which she prepares the recipes of the Umbrian and Tuscan tradition, but also a lot of delicacies, the result of personal reinterpretations and experimentations always in balance between typicality and refinement.
Homemade pasta, bread and delicious meat and fish dishes, as well as excellent desserts are prepared every day. It’s possible to taste many varieties of meat cooked with the old rotisserie technique including piglet, lamb, chicken, winged animals and game all from local farms.
The menu also includes dishes for people with allergies or food intolerances and celiacs (upon request).
The Restaurant organizes excellent themed dinners with mushrooms and truffle.
