The strong point of La Casa di Francesca is the cure in the choice of raw materials for the realization of the menu dishes.

Chef Francesca scrupulously selects the meats, cold meats and cheeses of only local and national origin with which she prepares the recipes of the Umbrian and Tuscan tradition, but also a lot of delicacies, the result of personal reinterpretations and experimentations always in balance between typicality and refinement.

YOUR THEMED DINNERS

 

Homemade pasta, bread and delicious meat and fish dishes, as well as excellent desserts are prepared every day. It’s possible to taste many varieties of meat cooked with the old rotisserie technique including piglet, lamb, chicken, winged animals and game all from local farms.

The menu also includes dishes for people with allergies or food intolerances and celiacs (upon request).
The Restaurant organizes excellent themed dinners with mushrooms and truffle.

  • Capesante fasciate al lardo su crema di mirtilli
  • Cappella di porcino alla griglia su fonduta di pecorino e curry
  • Selezione di formaggi “De MAgi” con pane in cassetta alle noci
  • Selezione di suino brado kn0 con torta al testo

  • Tagliolino al nero di seppia con julienne di seppioline su crema di cozze
  • Ravioli di gallinella e fagiolina del Trasimeno con tartufo
  • Gnocchi di taleggio e speck
  • Tagliatelle al mattarello con porcini e zucchine su crema di parmigiano
  • Tortelli ripieni di cinta senese su fonduta di pecorino e tartufo
  • Pici al ragù bianco di chianina e zafferano

  • Calamaro ripieno di se stesso
  • La zuppa di Francesca (zuppa di pesce di mare)
  • Rotolo di coniglio con radicchio e aceto balsamico
  • Quaglia ripiena sfumata al vin santo e lamelle di tartufo
  • Tagliata di entrecote con porcini
  • Agnello allo scottadito con patate al rosmarino

Desserts

  • Tiramisù della casa
  • Souffle con cuore caldo di cioccolato e crema al rum
  • Mousse ai tre cioccolati e purea di passion fruit
