The strong point of La Casa di Francesca is the cure in the choice of raw materials for the realization of the menu dishes.

Chef Francesca scrupulously selects the meats, cold meats and cheeses of only local and national origin with which she prepares the recipes of the Umbrian and Tuscan tradition, but also a lot of delicacies, the result of personal reinterpretations and experimentations always in balance between typicality and refinement.

YOUR THEMED DINNERS

 

Homemade pasta, bread and delicious meat and fish dishes, as well as excellent desserts are prepared every day. It’s possible to taste many varieties of meat cooked with the old rotisserie technique including piglet, lamb, chicken, winged animals and game all from local farms.

The menu also includes dishes for people with allergies or food intolerances and celiacs (upon request).
The Restaurant organizes excellent themed dinners with mushrooms and truffle.

Starters

  • Filetto di scorfano in crosta guarnita al caviale. Tortino di patate e vellutata al vino rosso
  • Polpo croccante in salsa verde con crema di patate e fiore di cappero
  • Capesante brasate su riduzione di crostacei e cremoso di broccoli
  • Selezione di suino brado km o con torta al testo
  • Petto d’oca affumicato con budino di ricotta e composta di cipolle

First Courses

  • Bocconcini di patate con spezzatino di rana pescatrice
  • Cappellacci di pecorino e pistacchio con gamberoni allo zenzero
  • Paccheri ripieni di crostacei su letto di carciofi
  • Tortelli di cinta su fonduta di pecorino e tartufo
  • Gnocchi di prugne con taleggio e speck
  • Tagliatelle al ragù di anatra profumata all’arancia

Main courses

  • Cilindro di calamaro e patate su crema di cozze
  • Strudel di branzino su purea di broccoli
  • Rotolo di gallinella fasciata al lardo su gamberoni e spinaci saltati
  • Filetto di bovino adulto al porto rosso, paté d’oca e tartufo
  • Quaglia ripiena su crostone di pane con uova al tartufo
  • Agnello alla brace con patate al rosmarino

Desserts

  • Torta con crema al caffè ricoperta al fondente
  • Cheesecake al caramello
  • Tortino soffice di mele con zabaione
